Meet Berlinda Serrano

Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, I moved to Tampa, Florida in 1984. It was in Tampa that I met my husband, with whom I have been married for 37 years. I have three children and three grandchildren, who are the joy of your life.

My first 24+ years in Tampa were spent in the corporate world, where I worked as a Human Resource professional with PriceWaterhouseCoopers and later with IBM. I found myself at a crossroads in my career when my department was resourced, and I was left without a job. I took this as an opportunity to explore a new career path, and in 2012, I embarked on a journey to become a Licensed Community Association Manager. In this role, I was the property manager for new construction and also had the opportunity to be an on-site manager for a 247-unit condominium community; both amazing jobs!

In 2017, I navigated toward the world of real estate and quickly discovered my passion for helping people find their dream homes. I enjoyed working with clients, getting to know their needs and preferences, and helping them make informed decisions about their future homes.

I also discovered that I have a keen eye for detail and a natural talent for negotiation, which has served me well in my real estate career. My clients have always appreciated my honesty, integrity, and commitment to helping them find the perfect home.

Through this journey, I have learned that life is full of surprises, and it is important to be open to new opportunities and experiences. I have discovered that with determination, hard work, and a positive attitude, one can achieve anything they set their mind to.
