Denise

I am a Tampa native and have a vast knowledge of the surrounding areas. I am a college graduate and I earned my MBA from the University of Phoenix. I have a passion for helping others while learning to obtain the freedom to build a life of my design. Naturally, I became a real estate agent, which allows me to continue working with numbers, only now it is for the benefit of our clients and the families I can positively impact.

Rob

I moved to Tampa from Royal Oak, MI in 1979 and have been a resident ever since. I am a college graduate and earned my degree in Criminal Justice. Having a sales background, the natural progression was to follow in the footsteps of his parents and enter into the real estate industry. While having the ability to set my schedule is appealing, it is the opportunity to effectively represent our clients in a manner that exceeds their expectations that gives the most satisfaction.

We are Real Estate Agents for The Terpack Group, which is a division of Elite Choice Home Grp with Future Home Realty, Inc. We are very responsive and honest sales agents. We always have the best interest of our clients at heart. Denise and Rob have a financial and sales background, respectively, which gives them the dedication and selflessness to do their job in the best way possible.

Rob and I have learned the skills of being a team player by way of working in a corporate setting for over 20 years. We have successfully led and managed many projects over the years. We are always attentive to our client's needs and love helping families accomplish their goals to have a dream home. Our ambition has allowed us to help more families every year.
